MES Functional Consultant

About the Role

About the Role We are looking for a MES Functional Consultant to join our team and support innovative projects in the manufacturing and Industry 4.0 space. You will act as the link between production processes and technology, ensuring seamless implementation of MES solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with production and quality teams.
• Perform functional configuration of the MES: process modelling, rule parametrization, and ERP integration.
• Support operations and planning: order sequencing, real-time monitoring, and full traceability.
• Ensure quality and compliance: support QA workflows and align processes with standards.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
• Provide training and user support to guarantee proper adoption of RAILES MES.

Requirements

• Background in Industrial Engineering or a similar degree.
• Experience with MES or other manufacturing digital systems (ERP, QMS, SCADA/PLC).
• Understanding of production workflows and quality processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate operational needs into functional configurations.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
