Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading software company in the industrial sector. If you possess exceptional project management skills and have proven experience in the industrial software field, we want you to lead our initiatives in developing and delivering innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality specifications.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders.
• Adapt project plans and schedules as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in project management, specifically in the industrial software sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
