Since 2026, he has also been a Digital EU Ambassador for the European Union. He holds a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade de Leiria e Oeste, where he is an invited Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. With strong experience in Digitalization, Machine Learning and Industry 4.0, his work focuses on implementing AI systems for predictive quality on the factory floor.

With over 15 years of experience in innovation management, funding and project development, and a background spanning the corporate sector and strategic management, Andreia combines management ability, an innovation-driven mindset and knowledge of funding mechanisms, skills that are highly relevant for implementing and developing business projects.

Tiago Peralta Santos is Co-Founder and CEO of RAILES, an MES platform that digitizes production processes in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, defense, aerospace and automotive. As CEO, he has led much of the company's expansion into new industries and markets, driving consistent growth and rising valuation. With digitalization and artificial intelligence as areas of expertise, he seeks to bring companies closer to technology in a pragmatic way, prioritizing solutions with real applicability and measurable return on investment.

Tomás Magalhães is a physicist with a master's in Nanotechnology from TU Delft, and both a for-profit and non-profit entrepreneur. In 2017 he founded Kolkata Relief, a project supporting the homeless and slum-dwellers of Kolkata. In 2020 he founded Despolariza: a space, podcast and YouTube channel where we can learn to disagree with more science, love and humour. One day he will die.

José has more than 16 years of international experience in energy, strategy, innovation and electric mobility. An electrical engineer from IST, with an MBA from The Lisbon MBA and a postgraduate degree in Innovation from INSEAD, he currently leads energy strategy and the development of the renewable gases business at the Floene Energias Group.
